Dear blogstars!
Have you heard of 'Meat Free Mondays'? It is Paul Mccartney endorsed, but it's 'happening all around the world' - a line from the little song he sings about it on the website.
I think it's a brilliant idea and it's all about reducing carbon emissions - from the cow farts I guess?
But at the same time, it sends a message of health and it's made me think of all the wonderful veggie food there is to make!
Let's start this Monday... I'll make something veggie, why don't you do the same and we can compare notes!
