Basil Pesto Recipes

I use Basil Pesto (or any pesto for that matter) quite often to add some oomph to food. There’s something magical that happens when food gets cooked off for hours. You get a depth and flavour that just can’t easily be achieved in minutes, but then again, sometimes I just can’t wait hours. I need something satisfying and delicious right then and there. That’s when things like pesto come in handy. It’s got serious punch thanks to the garlic, basil and parmesan.

Here are some of my favourite ways to use versatile & delicious pesto:

  1. Yum! I need to get some basil growing in my garden ASAP. I’m afraid buying tiny jars and sachets of pesto at ridiculous prices is out of range of my budget…and it’s simple enough to make for yourself ;o)
