Rocket Pesto Pasta with Chicken |

I was experimenting with different flavours in the kitchen especially when it comes to pasta, cause i really love pasta and always come up with new and delicious flavours and recently i came up with this recipe and is delicious. Ingredients:
In a electric blender place rocket, pine kernels, garlic and capers and pulse. Put blender on slow and slowly add your olive oil. (Use your discretion with all these ingredients) Add the dash of vinegar, mix and allow to rest. In a frying pan put an small drop of olive oil and fry onion and pepper. Add chicken and cook thru. Add chicken mixture to cooked pasta and mix slowly. Take Pesto mixture and add slowly until all pasta is covered. Add Parmesan cheese and mix in. Serve with some roast veggies and toasted ciabatta rubbed with some garlic. DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally joined been wanting to do it a while now!! Have a great day! |

Ingredients
4 Large Chicken Breasts
Parma Ham strips or can be substituted with Streaky Bacon
Soft Philadelphia Cheese
Sundried Tomotoes
Basil leaves
Spring onions Chopped
Salt and Fresh Black Pepper
Method
Preheat Oven at 180 degrees Celcius
Chop Sundried tomatoes, basil and spring onions and mix with Philadelphia cheese.
Cut chicken in the middle but not all the way.
Stuff chicken breast with cheese mixture.
Wrap chicken with parma ham and place in a a pyrex dish.
Once all have been stuffed and wrapped, cover pyrex with tin foil and bake until cooked through.
Serve with a butternut and beetroot salad.

Hi all! Well i’ve had this recipe for a while now and my granny makes it especially in winter with roast potatoes covered in paprika. Lemon and Rosemary pork fillet Basically get a nice size pork fillet about 600g First rub olive oil on fillet and season with salt and pepper (use your discretion). Serve with Roast veggies and Roast Potatoes with paprika This is nice and warm, i also sometimes serve it with some sweet chilli sauce the wellingtons one!! Have a great weekend and eat and enjoy!! |

Hi there , yummy yummy , really dig the Italian and Mediterranean direction those recipes took! As for the pork… you would definately be loved here !
