Marinade for either Chicken or Beef

I love this marinade it is my Grandmothers recipe and i sort have put my own little twist. You can use it just before or leave it over night, either way it is delicious.
For about 500g of meat or chicken:
1/2 Cup of White Wine – Graca
1/2 Cup of OBS (Old Brown Sherry)
10 Bay Leaves
1 tbs of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of peri peri spice
juice of 2 Lemons
Dash of all spice
2 rosemary twigs
I like to put 2 TBS chutney as well
Mix well and add to chicken or beef. I like to do this the night before. Braai or Fry!

Oh cool BW I shall pass this formula on to the Oom. He luv’s bathing all sorts of morsels in secret little potions before grilling. I think he’ll luv this one – also because the MIL (my mother dearest) has given him OBS as a XMAS gift for the past 5 years and we have a cupboard full – be nice to do something with it before it turns into vinegar
