Have you heard about the Col’Cacchio pizza challenge yet? It’s so very cool. You go to their web page and have a go at making your own creation. It’s super FUN. The coolest part? You could see your pizza on the menu and win a year of free slices! *faints*
The cool guys at Col’Cacchio sent me an inspiration box yesterday and here is what I came up with last night with the help of my honeyplusone, just in time for Masterchef SA. ‘Twas an exceptional evening washed down with a glass (or 2) of Jordan Cab – I was one very happy in-pizza-heaven bunny.
We made 2 flavours:
1. Aubergine and chorizo with baby tomatoes, chilli, garlic and thyme (my creation)
2. Chorizo, Tomato and chilli jam, chilli, baby tomatoes, garlic, avo (honeyplusone)
Couldn’t you JUST bite into that right now? *smacks lips* they were blooming delicious!
