Catherine Da Costa (that’s me) is the proud owner of Cookalooks cookery school –more than a mouthful.
Now I’m sure you don’t want to hear that Cookalooks was established in 1898 by my great- grandma and has been in the family ever since or that I’ve got a culinary Masters degree at some fancy cooking school or that I’ve cooked in Michelin star kitchens with the likes of Gordon Ramsay & Jamie Oliver because in actual fact Cookalooks was only created 7 years ago, I attended the school of ‘life’ and am proudly ’self-taught’ plus the best kitchen I’ve ever worked in, is my kitchen at home.
What I can tell you is this:
