Now, I wonder if one of your readers can help me out. I am looking for a recipe for the “sheba” (tomato sauce), that is eaten with “pap”. I am not going to just open a tin of tomato and onion mix – I want a proper recipe. Can anyone help please? My email address is debra.bekker@gmail.com

    I would appreciate any advice.
