Guiness Beer Bread on the Weber!

Easiest Recipe in the world…!!! and HEY its Meatless!
500grams of cake flour with 2 tea spoons of baking powder and 1 Man Sized Can of Beer (440ml) – I used Guiness. It gave the bread a nice rich, creamy, coffee taste!
Mix in a bowl
Spray and cook the bread tin
Add the mixture to the bread tin… add some rock salt and rosemary or whatever you feel like.
I used about 15-18 coals a side (indirect cooking method)…
Place on weber, close lid and check in 40-45min later… tip : tap on the bread with your finger and it should make a hollow sound… i knew it was perfect when it dropped out of the tin..
Let the bread cool down before cutting it and MOST IMPORTANTLY ADD LOTS OF BUTTER!
