Green bean curry sandwich

The fork factor: Reader Neesha sent in a photo of last night’s green beans curry sandwich for lunch. It also included roasted butternut, sweet potato and brocolli seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and Robertson’s vegi-seasoning, juice and apple.
Neesha’s confession: My husband makes and packs our lunch and cause my son is now going to school so we buy white bread for him and I sneak in some white bread too.
