Smoked chicken salad

The fork factor: Cathy sent us her lunch, which came from Ecco, a little restaurant around the corner from her work. This is a great smoked chicken salad which has egg, bacon bits, croutons, cherry tomatos, avo and corn cernels. It looks great and from what we here; tastes great.
