The fork factor: We have to apologise over this lunch. It is becoming increasingly popular around the office and pops all over. Think it’s the convenience of having a BP around the corner cause it’s certainly not for its taste or the health factor.

The fork factor: Cathy sent us her lunch, which came from Ecco, a little restaurant around the corner from her work. This is a great smoked chicken salad which has egg, bacon bits, croutons, cherry tomatos, avo and corn cernels. It looks great and from what we here; tastes great.

The fork factor: Reader Neesha sent in a photo of last night’s green beans curry sandwich for lunch. It also included roasted butternut, sweet potato and brocolli seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and Robertson’s vegi-seasoning, juice and apple.
Neesha’s confession: My husband makes and packs our lunch and cause my son is now going to school so we buy white bread for him and I sneak in some white bread too.
