Delicious Carey. I’ve dreamt of owning a tagine for ages but I actually don’t have the space to safely keep one for the moment. maybe once the kids (and their clutter) move out

I didn’t find it very hard, I thought some of the lower down cakes were much harder, not sure how they decided on the levels.

I am definitely trying the pastry again, her recipe called for margerine, I used butter, just a personal preference.

I’ve heard that Spur keeps the patties for the Monday night special in a separate fridge because they weigh less than there standard patties? If that is true it is shocking. Thanks for your comment Anel xx
