An ice bowl can be as unique and colorful as you want it to be and do no think for one moment that it is only sweet desserts that can work in an ice bowl. A cold vichyssoise or gazpacho will look just grand in individual ice bowls decorated with herbs and maybe a chili or two. In between course, what would be more stunning than a small ice bowl or ice cup with tomato or lemon and basil granita.

They are awesome to make as wine coolers – just make them a little deeper with space for a bottle of wine.
