Sticky Spice Buns

I don’t know about you but my favourite part of Easter isn’t only the wealth of chocolate available but also Hot Cross Buns. Since the Easter merchandise has been in stores since just after Christmas, I felt it was time to start practising. After the Woolies saga about the crosses on the buns last year I also decided to leave them off (for now) but I do share the recipe for the crosses should you choose to make them more traditionally.
These sweet, sticky spice buns were a hit with my family and I’m sure they will be with your too.
