Wow, Stone Town. One of the most romantic cities I’ve ever visited.
Wholesome breakfasts – deliciously strange fruit, pungent with sun-ripened flavour.
Rooftop restaurants and bar safaris – and plenty of local beer to quench a tropical thirst.
Vespas, vespas and more vespas. I want one.
Vibrant fresh produce markets, pungent with fishy aromas, alive with bright kangas and kikois, resonating with Swahili chatter and taarab.
Sardines, spices…
…and surreal sunsets.
