The Gorgeous Gourmet

This past Sunday afternoon, I was in a baking mood and craving something sweet. I was originally planning on chocolate peanut butter cookies, but the jar of peanut butter I was convinced I had, was nowhere to be found. I went through my recipe file and this seemed like the perfect option – all it required was a quick stir (no electric beater) and a little visit to the oven, and they’d be done.
Very chocolately, balanced out by the coffee, and seriously saucy and gooey these were the perfect Sunday afternoon puddings – enjoyed sitting on the bed while watching series. A very good start to the week indeed.
