Home made ice cream – thanks, Inspiration!

NJ made the ice cream from Lavender and Lime’s cookbook on Wednesday evening, and last night we sampled it – WOW, it’s so good (and, people – I don’t even like ice cream!!!).
If you’ve bought Inspiration’s recipe book – do try this, it’s easy and delicious.
Will post a photo or two over the weekend, have a dessert cooked on the braai fire which will go well with it, and as you all know……….Friday Night is Braai Night. (Watch it rain now that I’ve typed the word ‘braai’ – should have used ‘roast’ instead, right, haha).

it is raining here! cannot wait to read about the dessert – and wish someone would make sugar free condensed milk as this icecream is still my favourite. thanks for the mention xxx

now i’m all curious! Should be receiving my book in the next week or so (touch wood..sa post office..)
